  • Heat butter in a sauté pan or griddle.
  • Once melted pan fry bread slice 2-3 minutes each side or until golden brown.
  • While making toast, slice oyster mushroom and sauté in another pan.
  • Spread goat cheese on the toast. Then layer on the mushrooms to cover the goat cheese.
  • Top toast with optional garnish of microgreens. Enjoy!
