Amelia Attwood is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian (RD, LD). She has been working with Healthy Harvest of North Iowa along her journey to becoming a dietitian. Through this work in the community, Amelia has had the opportunity to expose individuals to the cooking, preparing, and planning side of nutrition. She recognizes the importance of eating well and is excited to provide you with more tools and resources.
