Sautéed Bok Choy

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic* cloves minced
- 1 bok choy* cut into strips
- salt + pepper
Instructions
- Rinse off bok choy and slice into 1 inch pieces.
- Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add bok choy to pan. Cook until vegetable appears bright green and slightly translucent, about 6-8 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with rice or noodles and protein of choice.
