Honey Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup butter room temperature
  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • ¼ cup honey*
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer combine room temperature butter and cream cheese. Mix until thoroughly blended, scraping down bowl as needed.
    You can also use a hand mixer for this.
  • Add honey and vanilla extract. Mix on low until fully combined. Taste. Add additional honey as needed for desired sweetness.
  • Frost cake with offset spatula, or place frosting in a piping bag to pipe directly on cake or cupcakes.
