Grilled Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients
Honey Mustard
- ¼ cup honey*
- ¼ cup dijon mustard
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Place olive oil, minced garlic, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper into a gallon sized reusable baggie and carefully shake to mix. Add chicken to the baggie and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or until you are ready to grill.
- Make the honey mustard by combining the honey, dijon mustard, and mayonnaise. Mix well and refrigerate.
- Turn on grill and wait until it reaches 400°F. Place the marinated chicken on the grill. Grill for approximately 15 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165°F. With a few minutes remaining, mop the chicken with a little of the honey mustard and let it finish cooking on the grill. Remove from the grill and enjoy with additional honey mustard!
