Pumpkin Pie Hummus

Ingredients
  

  • 15 oz can of chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup maple syrup*
  • cups pumpkin purée
  • 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients, chickpeas through sea salt, in the bowl of a food processor or blender. Blend until completely smooth. This may take a few minutes depending on your processor or blender.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy with sliced apples or graham crackers. Sprinkle additional pie spice or cinnamon on top.
