Baked Asparagus Fries + Homemade Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
Baked Asparagus Fries
- 1 lb asparagus*
- 2 egg*
- ⅓ cup flour (NETZRO Wheat Flour)
- ½ cup parmesan cheese finely shredded
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- cooking spray
- salt
Instructions
Baked Asparagus Fries
- Preheat oven to 375°. Cover a quarter-sized sheet pan in parchment paper. Spread the bread crumbs thinly and spray with cooking oil. Bake for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Set aside to cool.
- Turn oven to 425°. Mix the shredded parmesan into the cooled bread crumbs and leave the mixture on the pan. Place both the flour and eggs into separate containers large enough to roll the asparagus.
- Coat the asparagus lightly in egg. Next roll the asparagus in flour. Transfer back into the egg and coat lightly. Place the asparagus into the bread crumbs and roll.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, the asparagus should be fully cooked and the coating will be brown and crispy. Dust with salt.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce!
Homemade Ranch Dressing
- Combine all the dry seasonings in a small bowl.
- Combine the yogurt, milk, and worcestershire sauce in a separate bowl.
- Whisk together all the ingredients.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour up to overnight before serving for the flavors to fuse.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
