  • cup flour (NETZRO Wheat Flour)
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese finely shredded
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • cooking spray

  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ tsp dill*
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • tsp black pepper

Instructions

Baked Asparagus Fries

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Cover a sheet pan in parchment paper. Spread the bread crumbs on pan in an even layer and spray with cooking oil. Bake for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Set aside to cool.
  • Turn oven to 425°. Mix the shredded parmesan into the cooled bread crumbs and leave the mixture on the pan. Place the flour and eggs into separate containers large enough to roll the asparagus.
  • Coat the asparagus lightly in egg. Next roll the asparagus in flour. Transfer back into the egg and coat lightly. Place the asparagus into the bread crumbs and roll.
  • Place asparagus onto a separate baking sheet and repeat breading steps until all asparagus is coated. Bake for 10-12 minutes. The asparagus should be fully cooked and the coating will be brown and crispy. Sprinkle with salt.
  • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce!

Homemade Ranch Dressing

  • Combine the yogurt, milk, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
  •  Combine all the dry seasonings in a small bowl.
  • Add the dry seasonings to the yogurt mixture, and stir, or whisk to combine.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour up to overnight before serving for the flavors to fuse.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
