Baked Asparagus Fries + Homemade Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
Baked Asparagus Fries
- 1 lb asparagus*
- 2 egg* beaten lightly
- ⅓ cup flour (NETZRO Wheat Flour)
- ½ cup parmesan cheese finely shredded
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- cooking spray
- salt
Instructions
Baked Asparagus Fries
- Preheat oven to 375°. Cover a sheet pan in parchment paper. Spread the bread crumbs on pan in an even layer and spray with cooking oil. Bake for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Set aside to cool.
- Turn oven to 425°. Mix the shredded parmesan into the cooled bread crumbs and leave the mixture on the pan. Place the flour and eggs into separate containers large enough to roll the asparagus.
- Coat the asparagus lightly in egg. Next roll the asparagus in flour. Transfer back into the egg and coat lightly. Place the asparagus into the bread crumbs and roll.
- Place asparagus onto a separate baking sheet and repeat breading steps until all asparagus is coated. Bake for 10-12 minutes. The asparagus should be fully cooked and the coating will be brown and crispy. Sprinkle with salt.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce!
Homemade Ranch Dressing
- Combine the yogurt, milk, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Combine all the dry seasonings in a small bowl.
- Add the dry seasonings to the yogurt mixture, and stir, or whisk to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour up to overnight before serving for the flavors to fuse.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
