Ingredients
  

Dressing

  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 4 tbsp orange juice
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey*
  • 1 tsp mint* finely chopped
  • 1 tsp basil* finely chopped

Salad

Instructions
 

  • Make the dressing: in a small bowl or jar, whisk together orange zest and juice, lemon/lime juice, honey, mint, and basil. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, berries, almonds, mint, and basil. Gently stir. Drizzle dressing and stir again. Serve.
