Cucumber Radish Dill Salad

- Kitchen Knife
Ingredients
- 3 cucumbers* medium sized
- 5 radishes*
- 1 Tbsp dill*
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- salt + pepper
Instructions
- Thinly slice cucumber, radishes and onions.
- place in a bowl and salt well. Let sit for 20 minutes to draw out excess water from the veggies.
- Drain extra water from veggies and add chopped dill, mayo and salt and pepper to taste.
