Cucumber Sandwiches

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chives* chopped
  • 1 tbsp dill* chopped
  • ¼ tsp pepper fresh ground
  • 2 slices bread*
  • cup cucumber* peeled, seeded, and thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the cream cheese, yogurt, chives, dill, and freshly ground black pepper in a bowl until combined.
  • Spread the mixture on one side of each piece of bread. Lay bread on a cutting board cheese side up.
  • Layer your thinly sliced cucumber on one piece of bread, to desired thickness. Top with remaining bread slice so cheese mixture sits on cucumbers.
  • Cut off crusts and cut the sandwich diagonally.
