Food & Friends Farm to Table dinner

We are excited to announce this year’s “Food & Friends” Farm to Table Dinner at Hampton-Dumont High School. The Bulldog Café culinary students determine the menu, test recipes, and lead in the preparation and service of the full meal hosted at the high school’s Bulldog Botanical Learning Center in partnership with the school’s FFA program. The menu is curated keeping in mind the seasonality and availability of various local products here in North Iowa, and a large majority of the ingredients are sources from local farms and businesses.

This year’s event is a collaboration between Hampton-Dumont’s ProStart program, Healthy Harvest of North Iowa, Franklin County Extension and Outreach, and the Greater Franklin County Chamber of Commerce.
