Honey & Ewe Farm Field Day
Healthy Harvest of North Iowa is hosting a Field Day to learn about and celebrate local and sustainable farming practices. The event will be held at Honey & Ewe Farm, who produces honey, bees, and bee products, as well as a variety of livestock – cattle, chickens, sheep, and a diverse selection of vegetables.
The field day will be an “open house” event, and offers an opportunity to see how the Elsbernds have employed these sustainable methods, as well as a demonstration of honey extraction. All are welcome to enjoy an afternoon of education and refreshments at Honey & Ewe Farm.
