Iowa Farmers Market Association Workshop

The Iowa Farmers Market Association workshop is for market managers, growers, vendors and organizers -anyone involved in farmers markets or considering establishing one.

Sessions will include positioning your farmers’ market as a community asset, fundraising: building lasting relationships, beyond the basics with social media & video, questions answered on scales, food sales, and licensing requirements; updates on state programs; and more!! Join us for the 12:30 p.m. Annual Iowa Farmers Market Association Business Meeting. Other opportunities at the workshop include FREE market bags, optional Farmers Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) training, and scale inspections and licensure. Trade vendors and materials will be available along with IFMA merchandise for sale.

Regular registration is $40 through January 28th; $50 late registration January 29th until event day.
