Learn to Lead: Cooking Class Basics
Interested in teaching cooking class or demo? Come and learn about Healthy Harvest of North Iowa’s new “lending library” of kitchen kits, utensils, and small appliances! Jenn Pope from Roots Nutrition Counseling will lead us through cooking Creamy Quinoa Soup using the new kits, and giving tips on leading a class or demo. Everyone will prepare the soup to take home. Please bring your own container! Monday, November 18, 5:30 – 7:00 pm, at the 4-H Learning Center, North Iowa Events Center, 3700 4th St. SW, Mason City. Please RSVP by Nov. 15.
