Remote Produce Safety Alliance (PSA) Training

December 1 (12:30-5:00 pm) and December 2 (8:00 am-12:00 noon)

The cost is $20 for Iowa growers (and growers from IL, IN, KS, MI, MN, MO, NE, ND, OH, SD, and WI) and $120 for growers outside the Midwest.  Due to shipping issues, this training is open only to participants in the contingous 48 US states.
Participants will join a Zoom call and have a manual sent to them ahead of time.  You must attend both days.

All participants must have functioning video cameras, speakers, and microphones and/or headsets that are used during the entire course. Participants must be able to unmute themselves to discuss questions. Each participant will need access to a computer and internet connectivity with sufficient speed and consistency to fully engage. Broadband (>25 Mbps download, >3 Mbps upload) is recommended.

Individuals must be technically skilled enough to log into the program, utilize video, audio and other engagement functions such as chat boxes and polls. Participants must be present during all course modules and have their computer camera turned on to receive the PSA/AFDO Certificate of Course Completion. Attendance and engagement will be monitored throughout the course. 

We are required to ship a printed copy of the manual to each participant; for this reason, we cannot accept registrations that include international mailing addresses

Three Offerings (Must attend both dates of the set): 

• December 1 (12:30-5:00 pm) and December 2 (8:00 am-12:00 noon)

• January 13 and 14 (12:30-5:00 pm both days).

• February 2 (12:30-5:00 pm) and 3 (8:00 am-12:00 noon)
