Purple Ribbon Beef is a family owned operation located outside of Britt, Iowa. We pride ourselves on raising premium beef from birth. We dry age our beef and pay attention to all the little details which is apparent in the tenderness and flavor of the beef. Bailey Creek Farm utilizes regenerative practices on our family farm. We offer pasture raised pork, Berkshire/cross, raised without antibiotics and hormones. We also offer free range chicken eggs, pasture raised broiler chickens, laying hens and baby chicks!

Bode’s Moonlight Gardens raises produce and pumpkins in Algona. We grow a diverse range of vegetables and more than 60 different varieties of pumpkins, gourds and squash at our u-pick patch. Customers can find us at the Kossuth County Farmers Market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. In the fall, our pumpkin patch is open on Saturdays, Sundays and by appointment.

We focus on regenerative practices like intensive rotational grazing, where we move cattle in small paddocks almost daily from May through October. This increases soil health, captures carbon, increases rainfall absorption, restores wildlife habitat, and ultimately leads to healthier cattle.
