  • Chop cucumber, bell pepper, and radish to desired size and add to a large bowl. Mince garlic and add to other ingredients, stirring to combine.
  • Add lime juice and seasonings.
  • Mix, refrigerate, and enjoy! Stores in the fridge for up to one week. Enjoy with tortilla chips, on toast with hummus, on sandwiches, or even by itself!
