- Chop cucumber, bell pepper, and radish to desired size and add to a large bowl. Mince garlic and add.
- Add lime juice and seasonings.
- Mix, refrigerate, and enjoy! Stores in the fridge for up to one week. Enjoy with tortilla chips, on toast with hummus, on sandwiches, or even by itself!
