Ingredients
  

  • 1 batch Duck egg pasta* see notes or pasta of choice
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic* minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp parsley*
  • salt + pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook noodles until al dente
  • In a medium saucepan, combine butter, garlic and red pepper flakes over medium heat until butter has melted. Whisk constantly until foam subsides and the butter begins to turn golden brown (4-5 minutes) Remove foam as necessary.
  • Remove butter mixture from heat and stir in the pasta and parmesan until well combined, about 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste before serving.

We love this recipe with our Duck Egg Pasta recipe, but you can also try Fresh Pasta or the store bought pasta of your choice. Cooked Spaghetti Squash could also be substituted for a gluten-free option.
