Ingredients
  

  • 1 batch Duck egg pasta*
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic* minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp parsley*
  • salt + pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook noodles until al dente
  • In a medium saucepan, combine butter, garlic and red pepper flakes over medium heat until butter has melted. Whisk constantly until foam subsides and the butter begins to turn golden brown (4-5 minutes) and skim foam as necessary.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the pasta and parmesan until well combined, about 2 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
