Gourmet Compound Butter

Add flavor to your favorite dishes with compound butters! Melt over steaks or poultry, add to sauces, cooked vegetables, and pastas, top baked potatoes (or sweet potatoes) or add to your mashed root vegetable mixture. These will also make great accompaniments on bread, pancakes, and other baked goods. Don’t forget to try them on fresh corn on the cob.
