Grilled Potatoes & Onions
Grilling season is upon us! Add some fun vegetables into the mix! Ingredients with an asterisk (*) are available seasonally right here in North Iowa! Click on select ingredients to find them nearby or stop by your local farmer's market.

- Bowl
- Foil

Instructions
- Wash and cut the potatoes and onions into bite sized pieces. Mince the garlic.
- In a small bowl combine the vegetables and spices.
- Drizzle the oil over the vegetables until they are coated.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the vegetables in the center of a long strip of foil. Wrap the foil over the vegetables and fold the edges together to seal.
- Heat the grill to medium and place the vegetables on the grill for 20-30 minutes.
