  • Wash and cut the potatoes and onions into bite sized pieces. Mince the garlic.
  • In a small bowl combine the vegetables and spices.
  • Drizzle the oil over the vegetables until they are coated.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the vegetables in the center of a long strip of foil. Wrap the foil over the vegetables and fold the edges together to seal.
  • Heat the grill to medium and place the vegetables on the grill for 20-30 minutes.
