  • Slice all veggies into pieces that can fit into your blender/juicer. Peeling is optional.
  • Add all ingredients into the blender/juicer, and process.
  • Strain juice through fine mesh to reduce foam/fiber (optional - if you leave it in, there's more nutrients!).
  • Add salt, taste and adjust lime juice and salt as necessary.
  • Pour in glasses, over ice, and enjoy or refrigerate juice for cooler flavor.
