Instructions
- Slice all veggies into pieces that can fit into your blender/juicer. Peeling is optional.
- Add all ingredients into the blender/juicer, and process.
- Strain juice through fine mesh to reduce foam/fiber (optional - if you leave it in, there's more nutrients!).
- Add salt, taste and adjust lime juice and salt as necessary.
- Pour in glasses, over ice, and enjoy or refrigerate juice for cooler flavor.
