Radish Chips
A happier chip alternative. Great for dipping in hummus or tzatziki. Ingredients with an asterisk (*) are available seasonally right here in North Iowa! Click on select ingredients to find them nearby or stop by your local farmer’s market.

Ingredients
- 1 bunch radishes* fresh
- 2 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400. Slice the radishes as thinly as possible (if you've got a mandolin, now's the time to use it!) Place in a large bowl.
- Toss with oil, salt, and pepper.
- Lay the radish chips onto a baking sheet, taking care not to not touch one another.
- Bake for 12 - 15 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
