Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower* small
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp granulated garlic
To take it up a notch, try adding these optional ingredients to the cauliflower before roasting:
- ½ tsp coriander
- 1 pinch cloves ground
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Wash cauliflower and cut into florets. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease with oil. In a small bowl mix tougher ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, and ¼ tsp granulated garlic.
- Toss cauliflower with olive oil, and spices until evenly combined. Spread the florets out in an even layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Stir, or flip cauliflower on pan. Continue cooking until it is tender and golden around the edges between 10-15 more minutes.
