Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic* cloves minced
  • 1 bok choy* cut into strips
  • salt + pepper

Instructions
 

  • Rinse off bok choy and slice into 1 inch pieces.
  • Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add bok choy to pan. Cook until vegetable appears bright green and slightly translucent, about 6-8 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with rice or noodles and protein of choice.
