Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb snap peas*
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder and/or garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450ºF. Wash and dry sugar snap peas and remove their "strings".
  • Toss with olive oil, nutritional yeast, and seasonings of choice.
  • Arrange in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake until crispy, about 20 minutes.
