The Franklin County Community Foundation is a local, nonprofit, charitable affiliate of the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa.
We have received support for the Main Street Restaurant Crawl and Local Food Field Trip activities for the Hampton-Dumont High School’s Bulldog Cafe and Culinary Pro-Start students from 2015 – 2018.
