Watermelon Lemonade

What says "summer" more than watermelon and lemonade? This recipe uses local honey instead of cane sugar, making it a healthier option for your whole family.   • Add the watermelon, lemon juice, honey and 2 cups of water to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a large pitcher and add remaining water. Stir.
  • Add more honey to taste. Add in a sprig of herbs if desired. When serving use frozen berries or frozen chunks of fruit to keep lemonade chilled without watering down the flavor!
