Ingredients

1tspbaking soda
4slicesbread*
2avocado
2-3tbspbutter
salt + pepperto taste
lemon juice

Instructions
Fill a small pot halfway with water and bring to a boil. Once at a rolling boil, add baking soda. Gently place eggs into boiling water and set a timer for the desired doneness of eggs. Boil eggs for 6 min for a very soft boiled egg and 7-9 min for more a varied jammy egg. Once eggs are finished, transfer to an ice bath to stop cooking. When eggs are cooled, peel them.
Toast and butter bread. Smash avocado with a fork and add about 1/2 an avocado per slice of bread. Top with a squeeze of lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Top with cut soft boiled eggs and any additional toppings. Serve right away!
