Baked Asparagus Fries
Preheat oven to 375°. Cover a sheet pan in parchment paper. Spread the bread crumbs on pan in an even layer and spray with cooking oil. Bake for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Set aside to cool.
Turn oven to 425°. Mix the shredded parmesan into the cooled bread crumbs and leave the mixture on the pan. Place the flour and eggs into separate containers large enough to roll the asparagus.
Coat the asparagus lightly in egg. Next roll the asparagus in flour. Transfer back into the egg and coat lightly. Place the asparagus into the bread crumbs and roll.
Place asparagus onto a separate parchment lined baking sheet and repeat breading steps until all asparagus is coated. Bake for 10-12 minutes. The asparagus should be fully cooked and the coating will be brown and crispy. Sprinkle with salt.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce!
Homemade Ranch Dressing
Combine the yogurt, milk, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
Combine all the dry seasonings in a small bowl.
Add the dry seasonings to the yogurt mixture, and stir, or whisk to combine.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour up to overnight before serving for the flavors to fuse.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
