2lbsboneless chicken breast (or tenders)*cut into small bite sized pieces (½-inch by 1-inch)
2tbspcanola oil
1tspsalt
½tbspItalian herbs
1tspgarlic saltor onion salt
½tspblack pepper
6tbsppanko bread crumbs
4tbspparmesan cheesefreshly grated from the block or store-bought grated
cooking spray, olive oil, or butterfor greasing the baking sheet
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°
Add the chicken to a bowl along with the oil, salt, Italian herbs, garlic salt, and black pepper. Massage the chicken with the spices thoroughly. Add the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and mix well.
Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray
Lay the breaded chicken nuggets on the baking sheet in a single layer
