Ingredients
1cupold fashioned oatsor gluten free oats
1cupmilkof choice
1cupberries*of choice, fresh or frozen
¼tspground cinnamon
¼tspvanilla extract
1tbsphoney*or maple syrup*
salt
nutsbanana, yogurt, chia seeds, almond butter, etc (optional for topping)
Instructions
Over medium high heat in a medium pot, add oats, milk, berries, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup or honey.
When it starts to bubble, crush the berries with a large wooden spoon. Lower heat to medium-low and cook for 3 minutes or until oats are tender.
