Ingredients
4tbspolive oil
3tomato*
1baguette*toasted or grilled
1clovegarlic*
1bunchbasil*
flaky sea salt
microgreens*optional
Instructions
Chop and marinate tomatoes in the oil and chopped basil for at least 10 minutes and up to one hour.
Slice your bread and grill or toast them in an oven at 350°F until golden brown (just a few minutes).
Rub the bread with the cut end of a raw garlic clove that has been sliced in half. Top with marinated tomatoes. Garnish with flaky sea salt, parmesan, additional basil, and/or microgreens.
