Ingredients
1pintcherry tomatoes*sliced into halves or quarters
3cucumbers*cut into chunks
2-3sprigsdill*fresh
1cupgreek yogurtor sour cream
juice of one lemonor a splash of white vinegar
salt+ pepperto taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix.
Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve immediately, or chill in fridge until you're ready to eat!
Notes
Tip: taste your cucumber before mixing in. If it's on the bitter side, peel it. If not, no need to peel! You can substitute regular tomato chunks for the cherry tomatoes, but it may be a bit more watery. Drain them or dry them a bit with a paper towel to prevent a wet salad.
