3 cucumbers*medium sized
5radishes*
1Tbspdill*
1/3cupmayonnaise
salt + pepper
Instructions
Thinly slice cucumber, radishes and onions.
place in a bowl and salt well. Let sit for 20 minutes to draw out excess water from the veggies.
Drain extra water from veggies and add chopped dill, mayo and salt and pepper to taste.
