Ingredients
1lbgreen beans*
2pintscherry tomatoes*
2clovesgarlic*
1tbspolive oil
2tbspbutter
salt + pepperto taste
Instructions
Heat skillet on medium high heat. Add oil and butter. When butter melts, add garlic and stir for about 30 seconds, until it becomes fragrant.
Add beans and sauté for 5 minutes, or until almost tender and bright green. Add cherry tomatoes, stir for 3 minutes. Add salt & pepper to taste. Turn off heat and serve. Enjoy!
