Everything Bagel Cucumber Bites

- 1 Mixing Bowls
- 1 Hand Mixer optional
- 1 Piping Bag optional
- 1 Vegetable Peeler optional
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber* medium
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 tbsp butter* softened
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream, room temperature
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- Everything Bagel Seasoning
- dill* or parsley* and/or chives*, optional, for garnish
Instructions
- Clean cucumbers and slice the cucumber crosswise into ¼ inch thick slices and place on a platter. (Optional: Before slicing, use a sharp knife or vegetable peeler to peel alternating strips of skin from the cucumber.)
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, yogurt/sour cream, garlic powder, and salt until well combined and smooth.
- Pat cucumber slices dry. Attach a star shaped tip to a piping bag and fill the bag with the cream cheese mixture. Pipe decoratively on top of the cucumber slices. Or simply add dollops of cream onto each slice.
- Sprinkle each slice with everything bagel seasoning (and herbs - optional)
- Serve and enjoy!
