Ingredients
1cucumber*
1 - 2cupsradish*
1bell pepper*
1clovegarlic*minced
2tbsplime juice
½tspcumin
½tspsalt
¼tspred pepper flakes
onions*for topping
jalapeño*for topping
Instructions
Chop cucumber, bell pepper, and radish to desired size and add to a large bowl. Mince garlic and add to other ingredients, stirring to combine.
Add lime juice and seasonings.
Mix, refrigerate, and enjoy! Stores in the fridge for up to one week. Enjoy with tortilla chips, on toast with hummus, on sandwiches, or even by itself!
