Ingredients
1batchDuck egg pasta* see notesor pasta of choice
1stickunsalted butter
3clovesgarlic*minced
1tspred pepper flakesoptional
½cupparmesan cheese
2tbspparsley*
salt + pepper
Instructions
Cook noodles until al dente
In a medium saucepan, combine butter, garlic and red pepper flakes over medium heat until butter has melted. Whisk constantly until foam subsides and the butter begins to turn golden brown (4-5 minutes) Remove foam as necessary.
Remove butter mixture from heat and stir in the pasta and parmesan until well combined, about 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste before serving.
