Ingredients
1/4 - 1/3cupgarlic scapes*chopped
2cupschickpeascooked or 1 can drained and rinsed
juice of one lemon
1/3cupextra virgin olive oil
1/2tspsaltmore to taste
herbs*optional, for garnish
Instructions
In a food processor, pulse garlic scapes, lemon juice and salt.
Add chickpeas and blend until smooth adding olive oil as you go.
