1cupolive oil
1tbspgarlic*minced
½tspcayenne pepper
salt + pepper
Honey Mustard
¼cuphoney*
¼cupdijon mustard
¼cupmayonnaise
Instructions
Place olive oil, minced garlic, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper into a gallon sized reusable baggie and carefully shake to mix. Add chicken to the baggie and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or until you are ready to grill.
Make the honey mustard by combining the honey, dijon mustard, and mayonnaise. Mix well and refrigerate.
Turn on grill and wait until it reaches 400°F. Place the marinated chicken on the grill. Grill for approximately 15 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165°F. With a few minutes remaining, mop the chicken with a little of the honey mustard and let it finish cooking on the grill. Remove from the grill and enjoy with additional honey mustard!
