Ingredients
1lbpotato*
½onions*
2clovesgarlic*
½tspthyme*
½tsprosemary*
cooking oil
salt + pepper
Instructions
Wash and cut the potatoes and onions into bite sized pieces. Mince the garlic.
In a small bowl combine the vegetables and spices.
Drizzle the oil over the vegetables until they are coated.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Place the vegetables in the center of a long strip of foil. Wrap the foil over the vegetables and fold the edges together to seal.
Heat the grill to medium and place the vegetables on the grill for 20-30 minutes.
