15ozcan of chickpeasdrained and rinsed
¼cupmaple syrup*
1½cupspie pumpkin*puréed or canned pumpkin
3tsppumpkin pie spice
2tspvanilla extract
sea salt
Instructions
Place all ingredients, chickpeas through sea salt, in the bowl of a food processor or blender. Blend until completely smooth. This may take a few minutes depending on your processor or blender.
Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy with sliced apples or graham crackers. Sprinkle additional pie spice or cinnamon on top.
