Ingredients
2tbspolive oil
4clovesgarlic*Minced
1tspgingerMinced fresh or dried
1ozjam*of choice
1 ½tspsoy sauce
1 ½tspsriracha
1/4cupwater
1tbspbutter
Instructions
Drizzle oil in a sauté pan at medium heat.
Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
Add jam, soy, and water. Bring to a simmer to thicken glaze (3-5 mins).
Turn off heat. Stir in sriracha and butter.
Coat meat and enjoy over rice and veggies
