Ingredients
1tbspbutter
1slicesourdough bread*
1-2tbspgoat cheese*
1/2cupoyster mushrooms*
salt + pepperto taste
microgreens*(optional)
Instructions
Heat butter in a sauté pan or griddle.
Once melted pan fry bread slice 2-3 minutes each side or until golden brown.
While making toast, slice oyster mushroom and sauté in another pan until browned.
Spread goat cheese on the toast. Then layer on the mushrooms to cover the goat cheese.
Top toast with optional garnish of microgreens. Enjoy!
