Ingredients
1cuprice
1quartmilk
½cupsugar
1stickground cinnamon
3lemonpeels of 2 - 3 lemons
Instructions
Soak the rice in water.
Put the milk, the cinnamon stick and the lemon peels in a pot on medium heat.
Once the milk is warm, take the rice out of the water and add it in the pot. Stir frequently, making sure to scrape the bottom of the pot so the milk mixture does not stick and burn.
Let it sit like this for about 30 minutes.
Remove the cinnamon stick and lemon peels. Add sugar to the pot. Stir for 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy! You may want to add some cinnamon powder on top
