Ingredients
1lbsnap peas*
1/2tspsalt
1/2tsponion powderand/or garlic powder
3tbspnutritional yeastor grated Parmesan cheese
1/2tbspolive oil
black pepperto taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Wash and dry sugar snap peas and remove their "strings".
Toss with olive oil, nutritional yeast, and seasonings of choice.
Arrange in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake until crispy, about 20 minutes.
