Ingredients
1-2radishes* or turnipsthinly sliced
½lblettuce*
¼cupolive oil
2Tbspred wine vinegar
1TbspDijon mustard
1Tbsphoney*
¼ - ½tspgranulated garlic
salt + pepper
Instructions
Slice radishes or turnips. Toss with lettuce in a medium bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together ¼ cup olive oil, 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard, 1Tbsp honey, ¼ - ½ tsp granulated garlic, S & P to taste.
