Ingredients
Sweet Potato Mixture
3cupssweet potatoes*(peeled and cooked)
4eggs*(whites)
1/4cupsugar
1tspvanilla extract
2Tbspflour
Topping
3Tbspflour
1/2cupbrown sugar
2Tbspbutter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Apply cooking spray to 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Using a food processor or mixer, combine all sweet potato mixture ingredients and pour into dish.
To make topping, crumble flour, brown sugar, and butter in small bowl. Sprinkle topping over sweet potato mixture.
