1bell pepper*

15ozgarbanzo beansrinsed and drained
Dressing
3tbspred wine vinegar
2tbspolive oil
2tspdried oregano
¼tspsalt
Instructions
Make the dressing in a small bowl by whisking all dressing ingredients to combine. Set aside.
Dice the cucumber, onion, bell pepper, and tomatoes (removing excess liquid).
Put vegetables and beans in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss to combine.
